We designed this residence to be a piece of art for years to come, wrapping the exterior in rich masonry that flows seamlessly into the interior. The living space is defined by this same quiet elegance, anchored by a minimalist plaster fireplace, warm walnut cabinetry, and a central open-riser staircase that keeps the floor plan feeling airy and light.

The third-story loft was designed as a "sanctuary in the sky"—a professional retreat and private getaway tucked within the neighborhood canopy. Featuring a vaulted glass-walled balcony, dry bar, and built-in desk, this space offers a secluded escape among the trees.
